Is it possible to choose the layout option (like 2 columns-full right) somewhere in the index.php file or elsewhere?

Hi dr.facc,

You just need to publish/unpublish your module and/or reset the position of your modules to the right position.

In your case, move all the modules positioned “right” to “left” and you’ll have a full-right page.
