We need to see your live sites to review this issue, please update in your tickets. In the meantime, you can try to disable the Read more button.

    Dear marryb,

Just select the field of Show Description to Description & Readmore then select Show Readmore Text to No .

    Dear marryb

It is strange that your moudule does not have those options, you can download then re-install the module or give me your FTP In the ticket RJI-642-70574 then I will have further checking on the issue for you.

    Dear marryb,

I tried with the FTP Accout you gave in the ticket but could not connect,You can just try to use the ja extension manager component to upgarade the slideshow2 module to the latest version.
I Hope you can do it yourself and it should help.
