Having learned how to use T3 themes to build cool sites with multiple distinct sections, I would like to take customization a step further with menu and module class suffixes. In Joomla using a conventional template, it’s pretty easy. But, with T3, which stylesheet do I use? The T3 core default CSS? Template default CSS? Or the theme CSS? Please give me some guidance so I can experiment with this and perfect it for future clients.

I don’t know which JAT3 framework version you are mentioning? Here are both versions :
