    Hi, as I read across the many posts that indicate problems with JA Builder, the reply is often did you clear your browser cache or do you have addons in your browser. With that said, can you provide us with what is the best browser to use and its configuration. In theory, having this information would greatly reduce the issues everyone is having with JA Builder.

    Hi,

    I often use Firefox & Chrome and they work fine.

    For the add-ons, you may see some topics of being not able to publish the page when making change. Some add-ons cause this issue.

    You can share the credentials of your site and clarify the issue so I can check it directly on your site for you.
