I need help in setting up the news section using the teline II. I am very new to the web design stuff and more importantly Joomla(just found out about it’s power about 3 weeks ago)
Well I am building a website tailored to the people in my country Ghana (http://www.ghana-site.com), and would like to use teline II as my news portal. I have had help in setting it up, and have tried playing with it at the backend, and having problem setting it up.
I need someone to help set the news section up exactly like the teline II demo

So if anyone have some time and care to take a look at the backend, I can furnish you the access information(through pm) so that you can take a look and help me out in setting the news section just like the demo (by the way I looked at the user guide)

I suggest you download and install the quickstart package, learn the basics from there. You can also install the quickstart package on your live site and change content to your own after install, then you have the categories/menus etc setup as on the demo and you can work from there.
