Hi,

I have a problem with my JA LENS based website.

When the the popup is loaded at the right corner of the page, the close button does not work as expected.

Can somebody help me to solve this?

Hi,
In the menu banner, there’s a block with a tag, and it overlay the close button. I don’t know why it places there, I think that it could be you has custom something.
I went to your FTP to check, but your info provided not working.
So I send you this attachment, maybe you know what it is, and how to remove it :

I got it.
There was a module name ‘Optimized Campaign’ in position ‘mainnav’. I don’t know what it’s for, so I just unpublished it.
Your close now works.
About your module above, may be you place it in other position, it wouldn’t overlap the close button.
