please try delete content of the file: /plugins/system/jasocial_feed/cache/cache.txt and chmod it to writeable.
If this plugin is still not fetching any tweets. Please give us information about twitter profile that you are using.

Configuration.php seems normal log path and tmp path are right. No warning messages. MySQL is 5.1.9. Running Chrome Version 19.0.1084.30 beta on OS X 10.7.3

there is some automatic resizing problem with IE8
When installed the Add FullAjax plugin for joomla the layout & menu is not working properly.

Thanks for your feedback.
Since you installed the Blog Sample content…clicking the logo does take you to HOME. – the HOME category. And as all three of the articles listed are in the Home Category it would appear as though it is not behaving correctly…though it is.

In order for your template to work as you are hoping it to, you need to install the full DEMO content…which is the DEFAULT in the dropdown menu of Sample material during the installation.

IE9 – When browser is expanded and contracted, modules do not SLIDE into place.
The abruptly SNAP into place.

Not so hard as to turn over your coffee, mind you….but a little too abrupt for my seasoned taste. 🙂
