I would to change this parameter ("Collapse navigation for small screens") from TRUE to FALSE. where can i change it?

I am using the template ja_elicyon

Hi
You can Turn off Collapse navigation from template options > Navigation Tab .
Beside i suggest you to use your JATC account if you have to buy it to get support and updates for JATC templates .

I cant do it because it is hidden

I suggest you to update the template and all JA extension to latest version if you have another JA Active account kindly use it or subscribe for template membership.
Note : As per JA Support policy user should have an active membership account to get support and updates .
