    Hi,

I have a mega menu and one of the menu items is a dropdown (it is ‘Events’ at cyclemycity.com) which contains 2 modules. I understand why they don’t show when the menu is collapsed, as they would be too big to be practical, but it results in a useless menu item. I’d prefer to be able to show a different menu item when it is collapsed, so instead of a dropdown it is a link to the events page itself.

Currently my dropdown menus are not links (they are menu headers), as I haven’t been able to get them working well on a touch screen (the user selects the header link instead of opening the submenu).

I don’t suppose anyone has ideas on how to show a different menu when it is collapsed, or how to make a dropdown menu more user friendly on touch screens (i.e. touch to open, double touch to navigate)?

    Thanks,
    Matthew

    Hi Matthew,

The megamenu in T3 framework can work well in popular devices only such as: tablet, mobile device…

I try to check your site in iPad and see that when I touch the ‘Events’ menu item, it shows its sub menu items then.
