    Hello,

Is it the intended behaviour that empty module positions still get their html generated when empty?

    Case:
    Spotlight-1 with four module positions (position-1, position-2, position-3, position-4)

On page “A” all positions have applied modules to them. On page “B” the modules in “position-1” and “position-2” are set not to be displayed.

HTML output for page “B” is two empty <div class=”span3″></div> tags for positions “1” and “2”.

Shouldn’t those empty module positions disappear when there is nothing published in them?

    My current workaround.
Creating different theme pages for those menus and manually setting the layout to two module positions instead of 4.

    Kind Regards,

    Drago.

    Hi Drago,

The html for empty module position will have no effects to your site, thus don’t worry about this.
