I am sure I am missing something simple, but in the earlier vesion of this template on Joomla 1.5 I was able to add _blue in the Module Class Suffix to chage the module to blue or one of 3 other colors. The template home page shows this look on the right side with Joomla tutorial.
I am able to add the badges to the upper right just not change the color.I would like to do this to a new position that I added above the main content.
I added this line
<block name="content-mass-top" style="jarounded">>abovecon</block>
into the main-left.xml file and added the position into templateDetails..xml
This worked I and I have a new module position where I want it and have placed the module for the latest J events.
(This is really cool because I remember doing something similar when I started using Joomla and had to play around with lots of code copied from people that new what they were doing 🙂Again I can add a badge to the upper right corner but can’t change the color.
The site is http://www.liama.org

April 12, 2013 at 11:40 am #489672You can find css style on this link: templates/ja_purity_ii/css/template.css and find /* text color for high contrast module */ you can see all module class suffix include
<blockquote>/* blue */, /* green */, /* Blank */, /* red */, /* black */</blockquote>
and config back-end site
April 12, 2013 at 1:09 pm #489677I think I am doing that but not getting a color change in the module. As I said badges do work.
Below are a screen shot of the backend for my main menu and the way the web site looks.
Thanks,
Stuart-

April 13, 2013 at 3:46 am #489716You need to remove blank space front-line with class suffix
<blockquote>/* blue */, /* green */, /* Blank */, /* red */, /* black */</blockquote>
See config back-end:
and front-end:
Also, you can refer to user guide about JA Purity II Template here
Hope it helps you more
April 14, 2013 at 2:47 pm #489820I was unable to get it to work properly. I set up a new site using the Purity 2 full install package which did work properly. I then took all of those template files and copied them to me site. Now it seems to be working as expected.
Thanks for helping.
