The color overlay is different in the browsers. When looking in Explorer or Firefox Or Chrome

I still think this is the best Template a real change in showing it on a bigger screen.

Each browser reads/interprets CSS a little differently . . . though I noticed the color is essentially the same.
The difference seems to be in the opacity.

I understand and agree whith the opacity but how can we resolve the issue.
