Hello,

I changed the color in JA Bellatrix to be green as the default color, but when I go and test this demo site from the following URL paths, the color changes to blue instead of remaining green as I have specified as the default template color. Also in some browsers, the logo does not appear at all.

Essentially, I set up an add-on domain to test out this new template, and when I was testing out the test site, I noticed the color changing by itself and the logo does not appear sometimes:

If I type http://sexyarcher.com and the site come up the template color stays green as I want it to, but if they type http://www.sexyarcher.com the template color changes to blue, and not the default green as I have specified in the template settings, and the logo does not look good as it is green over a blue template color.

The same thing happens on my live site, as I have set 4 parked domain URLs to point to the same site URL, and I want them all to go to my site with a default blue template color, but they change automatically to orange or green color when I have specified them to stay blue.

Also, when I checked on two other computers that use Mozilla browsers version: 1.5.0.9 , the logo was not even there. ?????

I also had to remove the Blog feature, as the text for the blogs overwrote (overlapped) into the right column modules. (Not sure what’s up with this????? and why it does this with this template… NOTE! I’ll turn the blog back on, to show you what happens to the text overwrite in the right module column.

So I am at my wits end as to What’s Up with this automatic color change of the template when I specified it to have a default color of green and how do I fix this and the disappearing logo so this doesn’t happen when I go live with this site in late January 2007?

Your suggestions or help appreciated.

It seems that you are turning off your site.
I suggest that you should update file ja_templatetools.php inside the template by downloading it from our download area.

would this be the same explanation as to why my width keeps going to “narrow” when I save it as “wide”?

Don’t know if this is your problem, but I couldn’t understand the colour switching either, so I selected my choices in the index.php including setting the user choice (tools) to 0 (tools or user selected width and colour selection turned off).
