I have set the default color to blue and have turned off the option to switch colors. But when I leave the homepage (which is blue) and navigate to other pages, the I get the red version.

Any clues on how to solve this problem?

Ok, i solved it partially, but still have a question.

Fist, when I type in the www. prior to the domain name, I get teh blue all the way through, however, if there is no www. prior to the domain name, then it changes colors.

Any ideas as to why this is?

JA templates use cookie to remember user setting (color, font size,…). Cookie considers http://www.yourdomain and yourdomain are 2 different domains, therefore the cookie set in http://www.yourdomain does not apply to yourdomain.

I suggest that you should set your livesite to http://www... and redirect all request to yourdomain to http://www.yourdomain.
