    Hi
    This is not a problem. Its the category color that work for category and its child articles. I can help you to modify the color of header if you want to change it.
    You can use menu class ond apply the header color on it.
    This way you can change the color for different menu item.

    Hi
    You can change the logo from template options >Theme Tab.
    Upload your logo in it.
    If you want to show different logo you have to use same menu type because the features you referring is based on the category selected in menu item.

    Hi

    Please note that juntas-de-freguesia article is child of municipio category.

    If the articles has its own menu it does not follow the category menu property.
    I created a tweak css for you
    add below code in custom.css file

     .itemid-256 .logo a{   background: url(/images/joomlart/cat-pink/logo.png);
        display: block;
        max-width: 330px;
        height: 60px;
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    .itemid-256 .logo-img {display:none;}

    it will hide the main logo and display the logo showing in the code.

    Regards
