Is it possible to change the default colours in the JATransMenu please?

I wish to use it with a rhuk_solarflare_ii template but I’ve changed the default red and orange menu colours, I’m currently working on a localhost/JSAS version before attempting any change to a live site, and although I can change the initial menu png, I cannot (so far) find where to alter the slide out submenu colours.

Any guidance in this would be most welcome. Thank you in advance.
