Hi guys, is it possible to combine Top module and User1 module become just 1 module? If yes? how could i do so?

Hi guys, i’ve change my mind. I think combining both module won’t work. What i need is that one module from the 4 module on the top spotlight to be limited to certain width, so it is not floating. is that possible? i’ve tried to edit it, but couldn’t figure out a way. Hope someone could help me on this. Thanks guys.
