Hi ,

We are having long articles in paginated form. When JA Comment component is enabled then we are facing following two problems.
1. The comments and comment form is displayed on the last page of the article only. Though we want to show it on all the pages.
2. Once the JA Comment module is enabled then tables in articles are not rendered.

Hi if i’m not wrong JA Comments / Form should show only in article page ( view=article ). It should not show into “list” page. Because will break up layout ( imaging a page with 10 articles and each article have comments / form for self ? ).
Or you have another idea ?

Here I am talking about a single article. But there are multiple page breaks. So in this situation comments are only shown on the last page where article ends. I hope you got the idea.

I have just checked in my localhost. There is our concept:

This URL for detail page of article

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1:test-featured-item&catid=2:uncategorised&Itemid=101
This URL for next page

index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1:test-featured-item&catid=2&Itemid=101&showall=&limitstart=1

#1. As you can see, actually we are in same article id . And JA Comments based on article id to store comments.
#2. As above, when you go w/ another page. JA Comments also loaded as well ( my local checked ). But COMMENTS ARE SAME FOR THIS ARTICLE NOT SPLIT FOR EACH PAGE.

So, … i think it’s right ?

I also want to have the same comment on all the pages, its not coming that way. Is it because of some setting in the configuration?

Also what about the problem with table rendering?

Hi,
About comments on all pages, may have a sample URL. Because in my local testing. I made a article with multipages and JA Comments showed as well on each page.
( And by logic of code it should like that too ).
So i need check your sample url to see what’s wrong here.

About table. table vs div .
Div would help you control display better than table and in somehow it also render ( in browser ) faster than table.
