I have one problem i saw in thread one people have same problem but the fix there is not working for me.my problem is when I click “Submit comment” the comment appears, but it says the number of comment in the section like “4 COMMENT” . When I refresh the page the comment disappears & says 0 comments.My website url where you can see the problem is

i am tick option auto approve in backend.
