Content – JA Comment plugin is enabled and its configuration is:

GLOBAL SETTINGS
ENABLE THE PLUGIN FOR: Joomla
SELECT_CONTENT_CAT: All categories
Select menus: All menu

DISPLAY SETTING
Position of add new button: After Title Display
Display comment link: yes
Display comment count: yes
