July 25, 2013 at 3:20 pm #189224Hi,
When we open some article in ja argo website we see a form for user comments and some comments posted.
I do not find anywhere in backend to manage those comments.
How can I manage comments.pavit Moderatorpavit

You need to go in Components – -K2 — Comments and manage them from there – you can also disable comments from K2 configuration

Disable it if you don’t want to show or edit it to manage comments on your articles

August 22, 2013 at 1:19 pm #503169Hi,
Please excuse my ignorance, I am not at all familiar with Disques or Intensedebate.
I have read the JA Argo userguide and I am still not clear how to moderate the comments that are controlled with Disqus.
For example, how do I remove/edit the default comments that are present on installation of the template?
Many thanks

August 23, 2013 at 5:30 am #503218Hi
To set your disqus plugin comment on the template you will need to set your account on disqus.com and after complete the plugin configuration as showed in this USERGUIDE
Then you will be able to manage your comments from disqus account
August 23, 2013 at 8:27 am #503234Thanks, I had read that user guide.
What I didn’t realise was that you had to register an account with Intensedebate, copy your new account number into the Disqus plugin, then moderate all the comments withing Intensedebate. If anyone else with the same query reads this, I hope that makes sense!
