Hi,

Recently the comments that were posted on my joomla articles can no longer be seen and users can no longer post comments on the articles on my site. However, the “share” tab and tweet tab is still working any ideas on how to remedy this issue? Please help the issue is time sensitive.

Can you send PM to me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.

JA Comment form is displayed but all javascript code in it can’t run. Because there is an error in “/modules/mod_kwickmenuck/assets/kwickmenuck.js” file, please fix this 3rd party problem and upgrade JA Comment to newest version so that the comment can run well.

also I have notice that it will works on some articles, in some it won’t show up and in some it won’t work.

I removed the module that had the file containing the error but the component still not working on your site still version 2.5.0 but if I go through the ja extension manager and I update it to version 2.5.1 but still shows is runing version 2.5.0 so I don’t think the module is the problem since is not even there anymore because is uninstalled and removed any traces of it.

Hello ldmvideo,

JA Comment problem on your site was resolved. Please check and confirm the same.

Your site loads a lot of jQuery library, they conflict with Mootools. I add “jQuery.noConflict()” in JA Comment content plug-in to fix this issue.
