Where is all these social links coming from? and the comments section? how do I disable this?

and my links (i.e. DNSNetworks.ca) is not working but in my article the coding is right

That is managed by the Content – JA Bookmark plugin you can manage it differently or unpublish it

Comments are managed by Content – JA Disqus Debate Echo plugin you can also unpublish it
