Good morning,
I bought the JaAppolio template and I have tried to customize the template layout.
I follow the steps suggested (enable dev mode, customize template, save, disable development mode…)

But after clicking the “less to css” button I receive an error :”Compile LESS to CSS failed”

Here’s the error received

I experienced a similar problem and determined there are three situations where a compile of Less cannot complete.

(1) Less requires 128megabytes of memory to compile. If memory is not sufficient a compile will not complete;
(2) An improper modification of the Less files; and
(3) A version mis-match between T3 Framework and T3 Framework Package and/or your template

I hope this helps.

My subscription has expired so I can’t download the latest version of t3 framework and template, while joomla version is updated. How can I solve this problem? I have to buy another membership?

T3 is freely available. If you require an update of the Template, you must buy another membership.

I am Having similar issue with the new JA_neuvo template, I have tried what’s above(increased my memory limit) still the same issue, it keep saying unexpected error, try refreshing the page and try again.
Can anyone help ?

Please post the you modified in PHP5.ini to increase your memory limit.
