I have to agree with the above.

Coming from RocketTheme, which is amazing how much of the source files he provides and the tutorials that come with each and every release is very top notch.

Then I came over to Joomlart and wasn’t all that impressed with the so called “Source Files” that get listed.

I think you should also be filling up the old templates with the source files, you must still have copies somewhere, just a matter of uploading them.

At least they’re being included now.
Just make sure there are the different colors included with the source, and not just one color.
