I get this error message in syslog on server when visiting a page where JA Comment is enabled.

[Wed May 04 13:47:38 2011] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getTemplate() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxx.no/nettavis/templates/ja_teline_iv/html/com_jacomment/themes/teline_iv/html/comments/getbutton.php on line 21, referer: http://www.xxxxxx.no/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=483:ordforerkandidat&catid=131&Itemid=586

I had to disable JA Comment to make it work.
