Hi

Add to your /templates/ja_healthcare/css/custom.css this line of code
if you do not have already a file named custom.css create a new one.

.acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .owl-wrapper-outer {
max-height:400px;
}

You can change 400px with your preferred height value.
