Hi
Its a default Joomla contact form . Please create menu > Type : single contact and select the contact you created in contact component .
For creating and settings the contacts kindly check my suggestion given here

I am happy with this default form. I have configed as attached screenshot1. I tried to test but I didn’t not receive any email in my info@mobizsoftware.com
Does it cause by my server not supporting sending email?

Hi
Did u configured the Mail service from Joomla Global configuration > Server Mail settings ?
If yes
This problem may due to your hosting email configuration .
You can ask you host how to configure your email on your website – Sendmail, PHP mail, SMTP and then configure it on site This function work from default Joomla application.
