I already talked to support and this is a confirmed bug:
in the template_css.css file the lines 13-17
* {
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;}
need to be removed so that dropdown select boxes display properly. otherwise they cut away the last letters of the values in the select boxes.
but when i remove those line from the temlpate the header of the website changes and i have a lot of whotespace above and below the logo.png now…!!!!!I need other solution please that just affects the select boxes.if i include ja_teline styles for input select boxes in my antares template the select boxes look a bit better but still get half a letter of the value in the box cut away…
support please help!

November 1, 2007 at 10:04 am #231936Please try to remove only “padding: 0px;” in above style.
November 1, 2007 at 9:07 pm #231963that does the trick.
this bug should be sticky IMHO… it will happen in most of joomlart older templates!November 3, 2007 at 7:46 pm #232109Nooooo!
Darn it….
I just realized that removing the padding only left my header alone but now my rows in community builder profile are all spread out vertically with huge spacing between them…
So i would need a fix leaving the padding and margin in place and just fix the dropdown boxes ONLY….
any suggestions joomlart-Team?
Thanks
