Sorry if the answer had already done.

I find a conflict between Ja_Purity_II template and Ja_Typo plugin.

When you want to use for example “Big Buttons” “Red”, It’s displayed like this :

The problem is in the typo.css of the template.
delete the code from this file, then the red button is displayed like this :
