Hello,

I am using JA Mitius as the main template, but I ma trying to install JA Cloris which will be used as the template for the Homepage only.

The problem is that these two templates are not using the same T3 Framework plugin, and when I tried to install the plugin for the JA Cloris template (jat3.v2.5.5) I got a fatal error. I had to remove the plugin from the FTP to get my website back.

Could you please give me a solution to this problem ? How can I install these two templates together on the same site ?

You meat that you installed both of these 2 version JAT3 v2 and T3 plugin, right?

Which version of joomla are you using?

I am using Joomlar 2.5.9.

Yes I installed both plugin otherwise the template JA Cloris wouldn’t work.

Hi,

I’m afraid that you cannot use both versions of JAT3 framework (JAT3v2 and T3) in the same time. Since some funtions was declared in both version so that when you enbale both of them, it caused that error.

It’s recommended that you disable 1 version and use other one.

Hi,

I am having the same issue as @andcent. I’ve tried disabling one plugin and still no success. When I disable the T3 Framework plugin (needed for the newer template) I am getting <blockquote>JError: T3 Plugin is not enabled</blockquote>. And when I disable the JA T3 Framework plugin (needed for the older template) I am getting the following error<blockquote> The plugin JAT3 framework must be installed and enabled.</blockquote>. Similar to @andcent I require multiple templates. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I’m using Joomla 2.5.9. Templates are JA Mendozite and JA Fixel.

Hi assl,

Let me make it clear on this issue. JA Fixel is built with new T3 framework and JA Mendozite is based on JAT3 v2 framework so :

– If you are using JA Fixel template, please disable JAT3 framework

– In case you’re using JA Mendozite template, please disable T3 framework.

JA Mendozite is built with JAT3 framework and it works with this old version only, it will not work with new T3v3 framework (which runs with JA Fixel template)

I have this same issue. Is it possible to update JA Puresite at the very least to work with JA T3v3 or has someone found a way that I can run v2 and v3 t3 on the same site?

The naming of these 2 versions are different so at this moment, I’m sorry to say that there is no way for JAT3 v2 and new T3 plugin work together.
