Hello,
I’m using JA-tabs on my site and looks there is some conflict with css and javascripr, becouse in IE9 and earlier versions looks like ja-tabs css and javascript not loading at all.

Hi,

Did you try to enable Optimize Css and JS in template manager in back-end?
