(using larix v1.2 updated to joomla 1.5.5. and vm 1.1.2)

I have a problem with the background of my add to cart box when I click product details.
My normal background is black. But as you can see in the image I get a white box at the add to cart button.

Normally I can change this in the theme.css in the virtuemart template folder.

line 269:

But changing this has no effect. Is something in the template.css of Larix overwriting this and if so..what is it?

besides that the ajax popup seems buggy in firefox and not working at all in IE7 , i manged to find the problem

ja-vm.css (forgot that file) was causing the problem. adjusted color there.
