I solved the problem by this method:
Replaced in the file default.xml
<content> jQuery.noConflict (); </ content>
on
<content> jQuery.noConflict (true); </ content>

I do not know how much it right … correct me if I did something wrong?
There are other solutions to the problem?

Hi Makarov
I am not sure about your solution so please disable all cache, disable join js function and please check again. Now i still see javascript error .

Widgetkit use jQuery that may be in conflict with mootools of joomla core so loading order is important.
