It is with great pleasure that I would like to announce that JoomlArt has won the Joomla 1.5 Template Contest with over 50% of the votes going for our very own JA Purity.

You’ll be seeing JA Purity released with the stable version of Joomla 1.5 very soon!

While it did indeed wipe the floor and is the best template imho, if we look at the contestants JA seems to be the only professional template making company in the contest The rest seem just to be individuals, maybe ja having a huge team of template designers helped enormously? 🙂

Congrats in order – regardless. It’s a very nice template.
Another upside is of course that it will draw a lot of attention to Joomlart going forward so we can rest assured they’ll go the extra mile to create even better templates with even less bugs (not to mention fix the existing ones for 1.5 stable).

Maybe now is the time for a special price celebrating the victory..? Lot of joomla users coming by…
