    Hi,
    For one week, I just can’t connect anymore from my site. I didn’t change my log, my JA Builder Pro subscription is active but the connexion is just denied. Can you explain me that ?

    Kindly clear browser cache and cookies and try to login again, a user had the same issue and after clear cache and cookies, the issue is solved.

    Hi ! It was to nice :/
    I just transfer my site on a new server and the problem come back.
    I followed the same process than in your first answer but there’s no positive issue this time … Another idea ?

    Safari is ok but let me think about the product… what does Joomlart call a "pro" version ? i’m just fed up with this kind of issue, at almost all level (cf forum) people meet problems… fed up is just so small but my "civilized" version is speaking… let u imagine what kind of comments i offer every day about JA Builder 😀 !
