As a user and a guest i can not apply for a job, there are no emails being sent, there are no applications being saved in the back end nothing, just takes me to a blank page once i submit the application.

do we know what causes this running joomla 1.5.15 and the latest version of jobs board.

Hi there,

Concerning application as a registered job seeker, I have checked our demo site, tried to apply for a job and then received success message and notification via emails also.

I also check back-end and see the application as well.
Please check at your end if you still see the problem, kindly create a Help ticket and include the admin account, FTP access for further inspecting ASAP.

Concerning guest permissions, I am afraid that this type of user is not allowed to apply for job but able to view/browse job list/resume/profiles instead.

Hi,

I also experienced this issue. I used the apply button to apply for job on the front end as a logged-in user, but there was no email, submittion of application, or any where to see the submitted form. Some times, after clicking the apply button, it would just take me to a blank page. I even tried to receive e-mail notification, but I couldn’t. Could you please help with this.
