In the footer we used AddThis social buttons.

    <a class="addthis_button_twitter_follow" addthis:userid="joomlart"><i class="fa fa-twitter"></i></a>
    <a class="addthis_button_google_follow" addthis:userid="+joomlart"><i class="fa fa-google-plus"></i></a>
</div>

You can change them from footer module, Also if you want to use different buttons, you can copy the buttons code and script from your AddThis account and use them.
