Hi team

If you create extra field on form with type simple choice and make the title as internal link then the specific field doesn’t come with the mail. If you remove link then works properly

the link goes to the title and not on choice. If you reproduce it then you will not receive the choice

You can not add the link in the title as it can work as text form only.
Sorry but this does not work in this way, you can add the link in the choice fields, not in the title.
