Hi
I am using Ja Droid on 2 websites,I recently find out that if I test send message from frontend of contact form it work only via yahoo.com or mail.com(I receive email and notification of copy send to me) however via gmail or aol does not work..why is like that?
We only receive few message thru contact form so I am reluctant set new email via yahoo just to cater for contact form..
thx for any suggestion

Hi

Try to check the spam box when you test with gmail, sometime it may go there.

Also try to check whether your server supports to work with gmail or aol or not. You can switch default template to another standard Joomla template and test with contact form if you can receive email or notification or not.

Yes,you are right it landed in spam box 🙂 than I just make email forwarding to aol.
Now everything work perfectly!
