Hi,
I setup a page with a contact from module but on my site when i try to send a message i get this error:
There’s something wrong when submitting your data. Form not found!is there any special configuration i need to do?
i’m sure i’m missing something…

It can be due to wrong fields.
Kindly edit your page, check all the fields you added in the contact form are added, Now publish the page and try the contact form.Disable the browser extension like adblocker, as it restricts the script to load.

I have no ad blocker.
I did not add any new fields, just using the default contact 5.2 from builder.
"check all the fields you added in the contact form are added" I’m probably missing a configuration somewhere….???
After i add the contact form to my page, what and where should i setup to get it to work?

I don’t receive the messages sent from the form.
But I also have a bigger problem now, since the fix, my site has changed!
The header and footer blocks have "reset" (changed form what it used to be).
Also, in the builder editor, the "content" sections have disappeared form all pages!
How can i recover this without losing my data? I avoid to click on "publish" for now.

Also, you are a free user so you can not change the settings of Paid blocks.
You can add them but cannot change and modify them.Regards

I did not know about the revision option, i will check it out.
I should be a pro member for 6 months, at least i was a few days ago, i purchased jomsocial pro this month and it came with a ja builder pro membership. I don’t know why i am now a free user???
How can i verify my status?

If you have Jomsocial Pro you can log out from builder > top right.
And login again with Jomsocial Pro membership account and it will show you pro version.Regards

So i was able to revert back to my original site, but still don’t understand what caused this bug (scary)?
So far so good, but my contact form still does not send me my messages? any idea why?

Kindly edit the contact form and add your email id in Receipt
I just add my email and go the test emailFor the revision, you can export the data and import it on a test page.
The revision will save the changes so you can rollback to the previous version.1 user says Thank You to Pankaj Sharma for this useful post
