Copy of the email arrives correctly (with the box checked), but nothing comes to the email recipient’s set in Global configuration>Server. Obviously email exists and has the same domain of the website.
I tried to use both PHP or SMTP mail function, but it does not change anything.
Can I get some help?

It’s feature of Joomla. If you want to change it, you need extra customization which is out of our support scope.
