In then contact link, when i click show only nem and email of contact, the form dont display the inputs, but in html-code exists the form and imputs, link http://www.skyneti.com.br/index.php/contato

It is a BUG ??? Of template bussines ?

the contact form should be like this:

The issue seems to appear with display format selected as slider as I have selected it as plain now in options of contact component and seems to appear fine now
