    I’m not entirely sure of how you want to achieve here as the contact page on your site looks quite the same as our demo site: http://ja-charity.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/joomla-pages/contact-us

    Hi,

    You can backup this file: [root]/templates/ja_charity/html/com_contact/contact/default.php

    and replace it by the attached file

    1. default.php_.zip
