If anyone can please help, I would greatly appreciate it.

The contact form that was supplied was not adequate for me, I needed several additional fields. Purchased Flexicontact plus, installed it and it’s working but the old contact form is still there and I can’t seem to remove it – so both forms are on the same page, one on top of the other – I don’t know where or how to remove the old one?

Can you PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.
