I had a contact form that was default with the Joomla installation I did for my client website. It was part of the loaded sample content. My client went ahead and remove the articles and some other things like Contacts which I think might be the reason why the sample contact form is not showing up.

Can someone please let me know if I need to install a plugin or add back something to get the default sample form loaded.

Hi kurtclare,

Please go to that menu item ‘Contact Us’ : http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/685/9731315952.png

and change contact display options to your desired settings.
