I am using the JABuilder contact form, but mails are not received by the recipient. I have tried with 3 types of submissions: smtp, sendmail and php.

However, when I try with the "Send Test Mail" button the mails are received.

Try another server, but it did not work either.

I have same problem in other website, with other webhosting and another joomla version.

Hi,

We’ve just tried to use our email on your site and tested the contact form and it worked perfectly. Kindly check again.
