On my template JA Helio

we can fill in the contact form but it says it has sent yet when i do a test and check my email i never recieve it i have tried changing to smtp and sendmail and it still does not recieve the information

Im having the same problem. My email hosting is with hostmonster

Mail Server Username:
Incoming Mail Server:
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL)
Outgoing Mail Server:
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL)
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)[/I]

Where should I put this info?

YOu go to the Global Setting you try to configure the email setting in there
