Hi there

This is something that has to do with your SEF settings , if i enable SEF from your backend then contact doesn’t take my changes , actually i disabled sef and url rewriting and it looks fine as you can see from img below, also menu assigned to the corporate layout is correctly showed ,

If you have aby plugin or 3rd part extension managing cache then you should double check it and disable , because this seems to be your problem.

That is a ja masshead module published in contact page , simply edit your module and change text for description.
