I am searching for the translation of the word “contact info” at the template? Where should I write the german translation?

try this

go /langugage/en-gb/en-GB.tpl_ja_appolio

find

TPL_COM_CONTACT_HEADER ="Contact Info"

Replace the text contact info as you want .
